Who we are

Founded in Vienna in 2015, [credi2] builds and operates an Embedded Finance platform for buy now – pay later (BNPL) and subscription payments and white labels products for banks, payment institutions, and retailers. We’re currently live with three main products: With cashpresso, we provide retailers and their customers an easy-to-manage overdraft in cooperation with Raiffeisenbank International. On behalf of Volkswagen Bank, FINANCE A BIKE serves as a tailor-made solution that enables customers throughout Germany to part-pay bikes. For our latest project, we’ve implemented an innovative subscription model for product rentals in cooperation with our German partner shops and US tech giant Apple. Within the past years, we’ve gathered an international and exceptionally motivated team of nearly 100 people from more than 15 countries around us, eager to bring our financing solutions to the next level.

What you will do

As a Scrum Master/Agile Coach at [credi2], you’ll play a key role in moving our projects towards completion and achieving full customer satisfaction. By working closely with our Product and Development teams, you’ll mainly be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Support our Development teams by using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
  • Manage our product work cycles jointly with our Product Owners and Development Team Leads
  • Develop sprints and delegate tasks appropriately
  • Facilitate our Scrum meetings and keep the company up to date on the progress of the Scrum team’s projects
  • Remove impediments and coach the relevant teams by leading them in self-organisation
  • Maintain a safe working environment and help our teams with conflict resolution

What you will bring with you

  • An official Scrum Master Certificate or a comparable Scrum level certification
  • 3+ years of experience in working as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
  • A professional command of Agile methodology and techniques
  • Strong communication and leadership skills along with the ability and empathy to educate others
  • The ability to analyse and think fast to help solve issues and conflicts
  • Experience with JIRA is a plus

We offer a market-oriented overpayment depending on qualifications, experience, and skill set. The minimum salary for this position amounts to EUR 50,000 PA.
