Who we are

We specialize in building and maintaining pay-later solutions that give our customers a choice in how they pay online and offline: now, later or in parts. Currently, we are live with cashpresso, an easy-to-manage overdraft, and FINANCE A BIKE, enabling customers to part-pay bikes. For our latest project, we have implemented an innovative business model for device rentals in cooperation with our German partners and US tech giant Apple.

What you will do

  • Support our product management team in the conceptual design, implementation, and continuous development of the product portfolio
  • Help execute the product roadmap and help scale our impact
  • Drive the communication with our technical partners to strengthen relationships, identify requirements, monitor progress, and report issues
  • Work on cross-functional projects, collaborating with other product, engineering, data, sales, and marketing teams
  • Conduct proactive market research and trend analysis
  • Come up with your own ideas – we are happy if you challenge ours!

What you’ll bring with you

  • 1 year+ experience in a comparable position
  • Strategic and analytical way of thinking with respect to business, product, and technical challenges to find the most appropriate solution
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a user-focused mindset to understand users’ needs and pain points and deliver alongside your team
  • Previous experience with agile frameworks
  • Technical background and knowledge of payment or banking processes beneficial
  • Desire to work in a rapidly changing, agile and cross functional environment and willingness to learn and grow with us
  • Passion for product development and new technologies
  • Excellent English, written and spoken

We are offering a full-time position, with a gross annual salary starting from EUR 35.000,00 to be negotiated based on your experience and qualification.
