We are a fintech company from Vienna founded in 2015. We work with renowned banks, financial service providers and retailers, developing pay later solutions within a few weeks that seamlessly fit into their IT infrastructure. A key success factor is our modular banking-as-a-service platform.
We have already completed successful projects with Apple, Volkswagen Bank and Raiffeisen Bank International. Europe’s largest automotive bank, VW Bank, has expanded its product portfolio to include the bicycle sector with our help by implementing FINANCE A BIKE. Customers can use this product to pay off their desired bicycle in installments. For Raiffeisen Bank International we developed the pay later solution cashpresso. It can be used at the point-of-sale, online and for a product-independent private credit line. And: several Apple Premium Resellers use a subscription model developed by us, that enables their customers to regularly upgrade their Apple devices to the latest models. We have received lots of positive feedback from our partners for these projects.
In addition to our technology platform, it is primarily the people who make Credi2’s success possible. With around 75 employees we are still a rather small team but we are growing steadily. Whether it’s IT, Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, Risk & Compliance, Customer Service, Business Development or Project Management – our international specialists work both in our headquarters in Vienna and remotely from all over Europe. Although the work can be demanding at times, we never miss out on the fun. We regularly organize team events and are always happy to have an after-work drink.
We want to be sure that every team member feels comfortable and respects each other. Consistency is key when it comes to the workplace, which is why we constantly ask our employees how satisfied they are at Credi2. For this purpose, we use the “Employee Net Promoter Score” (eNPS), which measures satisfaction based on the recommendation indicator and its value can be anywhere between -100 and +100. A score between 10 and 30 is already considered good. We wanted to know: “How likely is it that you would recommend Credi2 as an employer to friends and acquaintances?”

We are really proud that the overwhelming majority of our colleagues attest to a pleasant working atmosphere and a nice team. Our payment methods are made for the 21st century: they are creative and flexible and that’s how we work. We expect our employees to drive projects forward in a self-determined manner and to think outside the box without losing sight of the big picture.
Working on projects, we cooperate in different agile teams in order to reach the goal quickly. The members of these teams decide by mutual agreement how to divide up their tasks and when to work from home. Flexibility plays an important role for us, when it comes to both – teamwork and working hours.
