As the white label “Buy Now Pay Later” (BNPL) market leader in the DACH region, Credi2 GmbH develops innovative payment solutions for banks and OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) as well as for their retailers. Numerous customers benefit from our sales financing solutions, such as Volkswagen Bank, Raiffeisen Bank International, Apple, Cyberport, and Deutsche Bank.

Our story originally began in 2015 with our credit app cashpresso, when our founders Daniel, Michael and Jörg realised their vision to develop the fastest credit product. After a successful start-up phase and the acquisition of cashpresso by Raiffeisen Bank International, Credi2 shifted its focus to pure B2B white label finance solutions in late 2019.

With our team of nearly 100 people from more than 15 countries, we deliver exceptional products like:

  • cashpresso, a revolving credit product for Raiffeisen Bank International in Germany and Austria
  • FINANCE A BIKE, an instalment loan for VW Bank for more than 1,300 merchants in Germany
  • The official Apple subscription program for merchants, e.g., Cyberport, Gravis, McSHARK in Germany and Austria

What you will do

As (Senior) Partner/Account Manager (f/m/d), you act as a business partner and account manager for our customers and external stakeholders and thereby contribute to strengthening our customer relations and ensuring our commercial success.

Your core responsibilities will be:

  • Development and maintenance of our existing customer and partner relationships as single point of contact
  • Partner counselling and escalation management
  • Responsibility for the achievement of our defined partner budget
  • Leading contribution to strategic initiatives and participation in the definition of partner strategies to achieve our commercial business objectives (focus on growth and profitability levers), based on account plans, amongst others
  • Development and implementation of own initiatives to support strategic milestones, especially within active project management, including reporting
  • Proactive support of business partners and ongoing development of existing customers through up- and cross-selling
  • Analysis of strategic partners to support expansion of partnerships and turnover
  • Independent preparation and conduction of analyses and customer customer presentations
  • Project manager role in joint projects with external stakeholders for the launch of new products or the expansion of existing solutions
  • Close cooperation with our Operations, Product, and Marketing departments

What you'll bring with you

  • Several years of professional experience in the area of Partner & Key Account Management
  • Deep know-how in Project Management, Sales, or Business Development
  • Sound industry/market knowledge in banking as well as in the fintech or payment industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Transparency, openness, entrepreneurship
  • Sales-driven mindset along with analytical skills
  • Professional command of German and English, both written and spoken
