Based on our SaaS platform, we create maximum flexibility through our 100% digitalized omnichannel payment solutions. As a fintech, we enable financial service providers to access the fast-growing BNPL market quickly and easily and thereby create the potential to acquire millions of new customers. In addition, OEMs and retailers can use new subscription models to generate recurring revenue, increase their repurchase rates and at the same time make a valuable contribution to the circular economy.

What you will do:

As (Senior) Partner/Account Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for managing our Tier 1 Banking and leading Credit Card schemes partners (e.g. Deutsche Bank, Visa).


Your core responsibilities will be:

  • You‘ll play a key role in scaling profitable BNPL solutions focusing on time-to-time market and customer satisfaction
  • You‘re a powerful negotiator with top decision makers and are equally strong in the implementation of measures
  • You‘ll analyze strategic partners to support expansion of partnerships and turnover
  • You‘ll implement own initiatives to achieve our commercial business goals (e.g. up- and cross-selling activities) and be accountable for partner budgets
  • You‘ll cover a Project Management and integration role leading diverse external and internal teams
  • You‘ll cooperate closely with our Operations, Product, and Marketing departments


What you’ll bring with you:

  • Several years of professional experience in Account Executive roles
  • Deep know-how in Business Development, Project Management or Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills and resilience
  • A proven record track in Banking, Payment Services or Scheme/Issuer networks
  • Transparency, openness, entrepreneurship
  • Sales-driven mindset along with analytical skills
  • Professional command of German and English, both written and spoken

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for a full-time position is EUR 3,799 (gross). For legal reasons, we only state minimum salaries according to the collective agreement in our job advertisements. We talk about everything else in person.
